Mining and diesel workshops

Mine and plant workshops strip and rebuild diesel engines, pumps and drivetrain parts. A Rotor degreases engine components, housings and fixtures in batches of up to 400 kg (Rotor 1200, Ø1140 × 600 mm basket), so fitters spend their time on the rebuild rather than at the wash sink. Injectors and other parts with fine passages go into a Sonic. For components bigger than the Rotor 1200 basket, ask us about the Rotor 1400.

Automotive, truck and fleet workshops

Mechanical and automotive repair workshops clean engine parts, cylinder heads, gearbox parts and brackets before inspection and reassembly. The compact Rotor 800 (150 kg, Ø740 × 450 mm) fits a busy workshop floor; engine, carburettor and fuel-system work suits a Sonic ultrasonic cleaner.

Agriculture and plant hire

Farm and plant-hire workshops maintain tractor, harvester and equipment engines and drivetrains. An automatic parts washer handles the oily, dirty parts in batches with heated water-based detergent, and wheels make it easy to move the machine in the workshop.

Engineering, machine shops and manufacturing

Engineering, metalworking and fabrication shops clean machined and fabricated parts, jigs and fixtures. Manufacturers clean parts before assembly, inspection or coating, and machine shops and mould makers remove machining residue and fine swarf in a Sonic ultrasonic cleaner.

Food, beverage and process plants

Food and beverage plants wash parts from machinery and production lines; chemical and process plants wash drums, containers and equipment that fit the basket. Wash water contact parts are AISI 304 stainless steel.
