This notice explains how IronWash handles personal information under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Through our quote and spec-sheet forms we collect what you choose to give us: your name, company, email address, phone number (optional), country or province, and your enquiry details (for example the model you are interested in, what you clean and your power supply).
To answer your quote request or enquiry, to give you the spec sheets you ask for, and to send you related information about IronWash products, pricing and availability. You can opt out of follow-up emails at any time.
Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify) and our emails by our email provider (Zoho). They handle the information on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Only as long as we need it for your enquiry and for our business relationship with you, after which we delete it.
You may ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of emails. Email info@ironwash.africa and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
